Great news... 50 e-shops have already left the maintenance of their e-mail marketing to InteliMail. We won't stop at this number and continue fulfilling our ambitious plan and our mission:
InteliMail can write, schedule and send e-mails better than any human.
In the meantime, we had to fight unpleasant prejudice and counter objections.
Today, let us recall at least some of them:
Attention, ladies and gentlemen, this is a misconception. Nothing like that has happened so far. Quite on the contrary. The unsubscribe rate is significantly lower with InteliMail because customers are e-mailed products they are actually interested in. Evidence of this is the fact that databases of active contacts are constantly growing at an above-average rate.
If this was really happening (It hasn't happened even once!), we'd end up at number 20 e-shops already and our email performance would be declining. However, the opposite is true, gmail loves our emails. InteliMail never sends bulk e-mails - so gmail doesn't mind. Actually, InteliMail e-mails often have unique opens at a level higher than 50%.
Oh, really? Again, we can help ourselves with statistics. If a customer opens an e-mail and clicks through to a product after viewing the content, it is obvious they had some interest in this product (i.e., the product was selected correctly for this customer in the e-mail). If the ratio of unique click-throughs to opens is higher, obviously the content of the e-mail is more interesting to the customer. For our customers, this ratio for personalized e-mails is over 50% (yes, more than one in two customers click through to the e-shop after opening the e-mail) and for non-personalized e-mails the ratio is over 20% (one customer out of every five e-mails opened clicks through to the e-shop).
Our customers have nothing to worry about, because automation in this segment clearly has a future.
