How do men's and women's shopping behaviour differ? Do they buy the same products, or not?
That's why we looked into our clients' data. And you can probably tell what the answer is going to be: For the vast majority of our clients, the analysis showed that there are products in the e-shop assortment that are purchased predominantly by men, and then there are products that are purchased mainly by women.
So, does it make sense to email women products (e.g. a product section) that are usually purchased by men? Won't they just take up space? And wouldn't it be appropriate to replace them with products mostly searched by women? Definitely YES...
InteliMail now recognises the gender of customers and adjusts the content and subject lines of e-mails accordingly. Don't worry... this of course doesn't mean that no "male" products will ever be sent to women or vice versa. To maintain the balance, the service has been honed to perfection, as you can see for yourself:
E-mail for a woman vs. E-mail for a man
